Grades

Two of the common grades of mild steel flat bars are EN10025 S275 and EN10025 S355. EN10025 S275 is a popular mild steel grade utilized in various general engineering and structural applications. Mild steel grade EN10025 S355 is another widely used carbon structural steels, which has medium tensile strength and is readily weldable. Grade EN10025 S355 is offered in hot rolled, as well as cold drawn condition. For a low carbon steel that offers high yield strength and is highly durable, mild steel grade EN10025 S355 is often used in the most demanding environments that are susceptible to frequent weather fluctuations, such as on offshore structural sites.
